The objective is to provide high school students in the greater Pittsburgh region with support and assistance through an outreach mentorship program. This program is designed to assist the student in making more informed, higher quality career choices. Establishing an ongoing relationship with an adult who will provide encouragement, guidance and direction, the partnership fostered allows the student to succeed on his or her own. The ASPIRE program seeks high school students who are marginal in their own attempts to self direct their lives. The students apply as sophomores and enter the program as juniors. They must desire a mentor to help them with career guidance, long range planning and preparation for college selection and financial aid. Students are college-bound students who need assistance in life's choices, career development and personal direction.

This website is basically an application for job seekers, employment professionals, and others interested in exploring occupations.
PA eMentoring
PA eMentoring pairs high school students with working adults in the region as the basis for a career-oriented online mentoring program. The program uses email and fun online career education activities that allow mentors to help their mentees create career plans for their post-secondary success.
