This program is designed to assist the student in making more informed, higher quality career choices. Establishing an ongoing relationship with an adult who will provide encouragement, guidance and direction, the partnership fostered allows the student to succeed on his or her own. The ASPIRE program seeks high school students who are marginal in their own attempts to self direct their lives. The students apply as sophomores and enter the program as juniors. They must desire a mentor to help them with career guidance, long range planning and preparation for college selection and financial aid. Students are college-bound students who need assistance in life's choices, career development and personal direction.

- The program, run by Paul David Spradley, showcases how the working world can revolve around diversity,inclusion and multiculturalism. Students can benefit from his program because many of the events he does are open for to the community. He also partners with several high schools to do a variety of presentations and in the future will be providing opportunities for high schools to come up to RMU for specific programs geared towards diversity.

- PA eMentoring pairs high school students with working adults in the region as the basis for a career-oriented online mentoring program.
